We process personal data only where necessary to operate this website securely, respond to enquiries, and prepare or fulfil orders. Applicable legal bases include GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (steps prior to a contract and contract performance), Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests in security and communication), and where relevant Art. 6(1)(c) (legal obligations).

3. Website access and Cloudflare hosting

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you access the website, technical connection data may be processed, including your IP address, request time, requested URL, browser/device information and security data. This serves website delivery, troubleshooting and protection against attacks (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Cloudflare may process data outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. The permissibility of international transfers depends on the applicable safeguards and Cloudflare's arrangements. Please consult Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. Technical logs are retained in accordance with necessity, provider settings and contractual provisions.

4. Contact by email and phone

When you contact us, we process the details you provide (such as name, email, telephone, message and information about moves or clearances) to respond, provide quotes and, if applicable, perform a contract. The legal basis is generally GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), or Art. 6(1)(f) for general business communications. We use a Yahoo Mail mailbox to receive and respond to emails. Email providers may process message and transmission data for delivery and storage.

5. Quote form and WhatsApp

The quote form does not send data to our own website server and does not store the entries on the website. However, clicking the WhatsApp enquiry button constructs and opens a WhatsApp link containing the information you entered. Opening this link may already transmit these details and technical information to WhatsApp/Meta, even if you do not send the prepared message.

WhatsApp is a service associated with Meta and processes data under its own privacy terms. Use is voluntary; you can contact us by telephone or email instead. We use information received to deal with enquiries or carry out contracts (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Transfers outside the EEA may occur. See WhatsApp Privacy Policy.

6. Cookies and external content

Our current website does not set its own analytics, advertising or marketing cookies and does not embed external fonts, videos, maps or images. We do not create usage profiles. Our hosting provider may use technically essential security measures, including cookies or similar technologies where necessary. Such essential measures may be exempt from consent under Section 25(2) of the German TDDDG. If additional services are implemented, this policy and any required consent mechanism must be reviewed.

7. Recipients and retention

Your data are available to us and, where needed, to our service providers (such as website hosting and communication services). Enquiry details are kept only as long as necessary for responding, contract performance or legitimate business interests, subject to statutory retention requirements for relevant business and tax records.

8. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you have rights to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18) and, where applicable, portability (Art. 20). You may object to processing based on legitimate interests as provided by Art. 21. Any consent may be withdrawn with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)).
